Atomic Mushroom Lamp Space Age. In the 50s and 60s the Space Race and Arms Race was in full swing. It was a great inspiration for designers.
The lamp has the typical mushroom shape of an exploding atomic bomb. Wide foot, narrow column and the large convex head. Lamp has a metal tulip-shaped base with an opal matt white glass shade. The switch is made of bakelite and is located directly under the hood, the lamp works perfectly. Photos were taken during the day with sunlight, and in evening light, which is of course much nicer . The lamp is very sturdy and stable, the glass shade is firmly screwed.
