Beautiful impressionistic painting with Lenin relaxing on a bench with his wife Nadezhda Krupskaya.For decades this painting was in a private collection. There is a hole in the painting at the right corner. This can be restored by a professional. Also it needs new framing. Otherwise the painting looks fine. It is a big painting and it shows an image made after a photograph made of Lenin and Nadezhda.Nadezhda Krupskaya was a Bolshevik Revolutionary, politician, and the wife of Lenin from 1898 until his death in 1924. She served as the Soviet Union’s Deputy Minister of Education from 1929 until her death in 1939. The cause of her death is debated.
