The tachanka was a transportable platform for a machine gun. It was an open cart or cart on which a machine gun was installed. A tachanka could be pulled by three to four horses; in addition with the driver, the crew also consisted of one or two shooters. The invention of this war equipment is assigned to Nestor Machno by various sources.
